Hence, at the helm of our protocol governance is the FrogPay Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), a community-driven entity designed to represent the interests of all stakeholders in the FrogPay ecosystem.
Transitioning to Decentralization:
Initial Oversight: In its nascent stages, FrogPay will steward the DAO operations using a multi-signature wallet to ensure stability and security. This controlled approach allows for the careful and strategic development of the DAO's governance structures.

Service Provider Management: The DAO will vet and approve third-party service providers, such as KYC vendors, ensuring that all external services align with FrogPay's standards for security and user privacy.
Revenue Distribution: It will manage and distribute protocol revenues, allocating rewards fairly and transparently to contributors and stakeholders.
Emergency Interventions: The DAO is vested with the authority to intervene in the protocol's money flow, addressing emergencies or compliance issues, safeguarding the platform and its users.
Crisis Management: A kill switch and recovery mechanisms will be in place to protect the network in extreme events, providing a safety net against unforeseen complications.
