FrogPay Jury Dispute Management

Inspired by Schelling theory, randomly selected jurors vote to resolve a dispute. The incentive mechanism encourages coherent voting for a fair outcome without pre-established trust. The Schelling Point, also known as Focal Points, is a solution to coordinate behaviour in the absence of communication.

To be a juror on the platform users will have to go thru a KYC check as well as stake $FRGP tokens. The juror will earn reputation points and fees. Jurors voting in the minority lose reputation points which will affect the chances of their selection in future events. Thus incentivizing due diligence in arriving on judgement.

Protocol enables a marketplace for independent and specialized dispute analysts. These analysts will be part of WiseAdvice AI’s recommendation. At the same time users are free to pick any analyst based on their need.

At the start of product, these analysts will be part of FrogPay organization. These Dispute Analyst may be specialized for different scenarios. E.g. Dispute Analysts for e-commerce type or transaction vs dispute resolution for β€˜quality of code’ require different skill set.
